Co-Owner/Business Development Manager

Ginny is the Co-Owner and Business Development Manager of Madison North, where she leads marketing efforts and oversees daily operations across four branch offices. Her career began in 1975 with Avco Financial Services and later transitioned to Commonwealth National Bank’s Investment Department in Harrisburg. After homeschooling her four children, Ginny spent nearly two decades as a mortgage loan officer before partnering with attorney David Breschi in 2005 to open Madison Settlement Services in Selinsgrove. Together, they expanded into Lewistown, Lewisburg, and Williamsport by the end of 2013. Ginny continues to support the team as a closing agent, while her son Lance manages closings and personnel across the network.
