Kristen has over 22 years of experience in title insurance and settlement services. She began her career in 2003 and quickly rose through the ranks at Madison Settlement Services, becoming Title Operations Manager, then partner in the Baltimore branch in 2018, and owner of the National branch in Hanover in 2021.
As an owner, Kristen leads company strategy, compliance, and operations, while staying hands-on for escalations and process improvement. Known for her problem-solving skills and client-first mindset, she’s committed to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, and you can often find her out on the lake making memories with family and friends.
