Our Story
1990
The Roots of Madison Settlements LLC
In 1990, David R. Breschi, Esquire, began practicing law. Breschi then spent 13 years working within law firms in Pennsylvania, gaining a comprehensive understanding and crucial experience in the field.
2003
Founding Madison Settlements LLC
In addition to founding Breschi & Associates LLC, Breschi launched Madison Settlement Services LLC in 2003, serving banking and mortgage lenders, realtors, businesses, and homebuyers nationwide with trusted real estate legal services.
2009
Growing in Business
Over the years, Madison Settlement Services has grown to include ten nation-wide offices and over 40 highly skilled employees. In 2009, Breschi expanded his vision by acquiring sister title company, Pinnacle Land Transfer LLC in Camp Hill, PA, which he continues to manage with his business partner.
